Brand management for surgeons. Here is what it costs and what you get.
Two ways to start. One is a standalone project. One puts you on the roster.
Working with surgeons in
The surgeons getting the deals and the stages are not the most credible. They are the most prepared.
We have sourced over $158,000 in brand deals for surgeons on our roster. That number exists because the infrastructure exists. Without it, the same opportunities pass by unclosed.
Brand deals require infrastructure.
Device companies, health brands, and medtech firms pay surgeons for their name and reach. Getting to those contracts requires a media kit, a positioning strategy, and someone who knows which brands are worth pursuing. Without that infrastructure, the opportunities pass you by.
Speaking fees go to surgeons who are easy to book.
Conference organizers and event producers want a speaker who has materials, who responds quickly, and who fits a clear positioning. The surgeon with a speaker bio, a one-pager, and someone managing the application process gets the slot. The surgeon without it does not get asked.
Before any conversation, we research where you currently stand.
See How You Show UpThe Sprint
A standalone engagement. No retainer required, no further obligation. We research your market, define your positioning, build your media kit, and hand you a brand management roadmap. The Sprint exists because neither of us should be guessing about whether this is the right fit.
What the Sprint includes
- Brand positioning strategy
- Media kit (speaker bio, rate card, brand partnership materials)
- Brand deal and speaking opportunity landscape
- Dashboard setup
- Brand management roadmap
Standalone project. No further obligation. Completed in 2 to 3 weeks.
Brand Management
Full brand management. Ben works with you personally each month on content, deals, and pipeline. Everything is tracked. Nothing falls through.
$5,550/month
3-month start. Month-to-month after.
The full engagement. Co-produced content, active deal and speaker outreach, ongoing tracking, and dashboard access. You stay in the OR.
- 8 to 10 co-produced assets per month (2 long-form, 6 to 8 shorter)
- Brand deal and speaker outreaches
- Ongoing tracking and pipeline updates
- Dashboard access (all activity visible in one place)
- Keynote and long-form co-production as needed
Multiple surgeons
Each surgeon gets their own engagement. Positioning, content, and pipeline are built specifically around one surgeon's voice and market.
- Two to three surgeons: 10% off each
- Four to five surgeons: 15% off each
- Six or more: contact us
The retainer covers itself when the first deal closes.
One client brought in $29,500 in brand deals within the first four months. The retainer for that period was $22,200. The deals alone put them ahead. The content, positioning, and pipeline work was on top of that.
Brand deals are not guaranteed on a timeline. What is true is that the pipeline starts working when it exists.
Sprint. Then the roster.
Sprint
Positioning, media kit, opportunity landscape, roadmap. $3,000. Two to three weeks.
Onboarding
Infrastructure setup, cadence established, outreach begins, dashboard live.
On the roster
Monthly co-production, active deal and speaker outreach, ongoing tracking.
The work produces results.
Brand deals
The outreach starts at onboarding. We identify the brands, pitch them, and manage the process. What you earn from a single deal typically covers months of the retainer.
Content that travels
Within 60 to 90 days, patients and referrers are referencing what they have read. The content works before the first appointment.
Reputation you own
Everything we build belongs to you. Your positioning, your content, your pipeline. None of it is tied to your employer. If your situation changes tomorrow, it travels with you.
Questions worth asking before you commit.
We ask for a three-month initial commitment. That is enough time to get the infrastructure running and the pipeline active. After that, month to month.
You receive your deliverables and we have a follow-up conversation. If you want to move into a retainer, the onboarding starts from what we built in the Sprint. If you do not, the work is yours. No pressure, no extended pitch.
It is a shared workspace where you can see everything. Deals in the pipeline, outreach sent, content in progress, speaking applications and their status. We update it as things move. You check it when you want to.
A LinkedIn post, a short-form piece, an editorial, a keynote outline, a brand partnership letter, a speaker bio. The form depends on what is useful that month. The two long-form pieces are typically either an editorial or a keynote-length piece.
Yes. That is what the Sprint is designed for. Most surgeons who complete it move into the retainer, but that is their decision.
Each surgeon gets their own engagement. Positioning, content, and pipeline are built specifically around one surgeon's voice and market. The group discount reflects the operational efficiency of working with multiple surgeons from the same practice, not a shared or reduced service.
We have already started looking at your market.
Before any conversation, we research your current presence, your competitive position, and where the deal and speaking opportunities are. You show up knowing what we found. If the fit is there, we will know quickly.
